Overgrown residential lawns
The specialty. Lawns that have gone past a normal mow, with seed heads through them and edges you can no longer find. We cut it back in stages so the mower is not fighting it, then take it down to a height the yard can hold.

Vacant residential lots

Rainwater gutters and stormwater
Gutters cleaned out, and the stormwater pipe water jetted from the house all the way through to the kerb. It is the line nobody thinks about until a storm arrives and the water goes somewhere it should not.

Bindii and clover spraying
Bindii is the one that ends bare feet on the lawn for a whole summer, and it is far easier to deal with before it sets its seed. Clover gets the same treatment. Ask when you book the mow and it can go in on the same visit.

Hedges and tidy-ups, on request
Not on the standard list, but regularly asked for while we are there, so it is worth saying out loud: if the hedges want a tidy or something needs cutting back while the trailer is in the driveway, ask when you book.
